Brooklyn Gin Website

Brooklyn Gin

http://www.brooklyngin.com

This site has a nice clean look starting with the logo design and arrangement of information on the pages to the black, white and warm grey color scheme. The navigation bar is simple starting with information about the company and how they operate. This page scrolls downward and is image dominant with subheadings and captions relating to the imagery. The images used are nice compositions that compliment the page and give an earthy and handcrafted feel to the product. The next tab on the navigation bar brings up a list of nine attractive looking product shots of cocktails in a three by three grid formation. Each of these buttons are interactive and navigate individually to a recipe for each cocktail. The third navigation bar tab bring the viewer to a page of links to articles published about the gin. This page uses repetition mimicking the grid system used on the cocktail page. The final tab navigates to a map with pins of the locations the gin is sold along with a list of the addresses. Each of the previously mentioned pages included a footer that has links to follow Brooklyn Gin on social media and also to subscribe to their newsletter. Overall, I found this site to be simple, clean, organized, informative, easily navigated and attractive. It is a nicely designed site to be inspired by. It actually makes me consider buying their gin.
