Digital Hollywood
I found this site to be very unappealing and lack luster. Everything on the home page seemed to be encapsulated into rectangular or square areas including the list of sponsors along the header and down the right side of the page. They appear to have a cut and paste look within the white boxes. Although I felt the big, blue, solid mass on the right hand side of the page was an unattractive navigation bar with thirty-three options, it did seem to navigate to all the necessary pages and help to keep information orderly. It appeared that some of the pages on the site had measurements that were inconsistent with other pages on the site. Also, some of the other pages on the site were designed with a completely different color scheme than the the home page. Between the inconsistency of color and format I found the site to lose cohesion between it's pages. I feel a site designed to promote and give information about conferences in the artistic and entertainment world would be a bit more appealing to the eye.
